Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the Durak Live app and website (hereinafter «we», «the service») collect, how they are used and what rights you have. The data operator is unweb. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].

1. What data we collect

  • Account data: email, username (nickname), avatar. When signing in via Google, Apple or Telegram — we receive your email/name and public photo from these services.
  • Guest account: if you play without registering, we create an anonymous profile with a random identifier — without your email.
  • Game data: rating, number of games played and won, in-game currency balance, game history, friends list, in-game chat messages.
  • Technical data: device and OS type, app version, crash and error data (via the Sentry service) — to fix bugs.

2. Why we use the data

  • So you can play, save progress and find opponents.
  • For social features — friends, invitations, chat.
  • For security, fraud prevention and fighting bots.
  • To improve the game and analyse crashes and performance.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We use a limited set of partner services solely to operate the product:

  • Google / Apple / Telegram — authentication (only if you chose to sign in via them).
  • Sentry — collecting technical crash reports.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secure servers. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access. Account data is stored for as long as your account exists.

5. Your rights

6. Children

The service is not intended for children under 12. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

7. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date indicated.
