Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Durak Live app, web game, Telegram mini app and website (the «service», «we»). The service is provided by unweb. By using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service

The service is intended for people aged 12 and over. If you are not yet an adult under the laws of your country, use the service and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with email, Google, Apple or Telegram.
You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and for keeping access to it. A guest account is tied to your device and may be lost with it.
Your nickname and avatar must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights.
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.

3. Rules of conduct

You must not:

use bots, scripts, cheats, modified clients or exploit vulnerabilities of the service;
collude with other players, deliberately lose or boost ratings, or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
insult, threaten, incite hatred, or post spam or advertising in chat and profiles;
sell, buy or transfer accounts or in-game currency outside the service;
interfere with the servers or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

Depending on the severity of a violation, we may restrict chat, reset rating or progress, or suspend or permanently ban the account.

4. In-game currency and purchases

Coins, gold, items and other virtual goods exist only within the game. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for or withdrawn as money. You receive a limited right to use them within the service.
Durak Live is an entertainment game. There is no real-money betting and no cash prizes.
Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play or another platform you bought through, under its own rules. Refunds are available in line with that platform's policies and mandatory consumer protection law.
We may change prices, game balance and the range of items. If a paid purchase was not credited, write to [email protected].

5. Intellectual property

The game, card designs, graphics, texts, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute them without our written permission.

6. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the service running reliably but provide it «as is». Interruptions for updates, technical failures or changes to features may occur. We may change or discontinue the service or any part of it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of progress caused by third parties or by your breach of these Terms, or for the operation of third-party services (app stores, Telegram, sign-in providers). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access to an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date indicated. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated version.
